Do you have the right gear for Chucantí?
Just 135 km south of Panama City, arriving at Chucantí requires a combination of driving, hiking and mules. Food is hearty but simple, and accommodations are in one of four guest rooms (wooden frame with zinc roof ) with private bathrooms.
It appears as though visits to the station have to be booked through www.advantagepanama.com.
